The Grade 5/6s had a fantastic and enlightening excursion to the Parliament House of Victoria, where some lucky students were able to role-play being members of parliament. While in the city, the students also took in Captain Cook's Cottage and The Fitzroy Gardens.
The Grade 5/6s enjoyed a cultural celebration over lots of amazing and scrumptious cultural dishes! It was yum and it was fun! :)
As part of the preparation for the Grade 5/6 excursion to Parliament House, on Wednesday, the 15th of March, Kelli from Metro Trains visited our area to promote safe travel procedures. The students enjoyed dressing up as Protective Service Officers and completed a variety of hands-on activities.
